Note: Our shipping and delivery policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice. To make sure you are aware of all the changes, please periodically review this before placing any orders. Shipping:

We strive to deliver products purchase from PoojaKendra.com in excellent condition and in fastest time possible.

Delivery charges as applicable may be charges for your order, if the order cost less than Rs.1000/-. However, for the orders costing over Rs.1000/- the delivery of the products will be free and the cost will be borne by us.

With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details. Kindly note that the delivery tracking codes might takes time to get updated from the courier end, although the package might already been picked up by the courier.

Delivery:

We are currently shipping only in India as on now and we process all deliveries through reputed couriers.

If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via India Post’s Book Post/Speed Post/Parcel Service.

We ship within 2 working days for deliveries in India. The estimated time of delivery may vary from 2-7 days to all the areas serviced by reputed couriers. For other areas, orders will be sent by India Post’s Book post/Speed Post/Parcel Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending up on the location and the delivery policy of India Post. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
